Make it Better was present at the hoisting of the Green Flag, award of the Eco-Schools program, held on 16 February, at the Fialho d`Almeida basic school, the main school of grouping schools of Cuba, in an initiative that included the participation of the educational community and representatives of the Municipality and the Parish Council of Cuba. This action, commemorated continuously since the 2013\/14 school year, clearly demonstrates the grouping’s concern for the environment and the use of green and environmentally friendly policies, both through activities developed by the students and through measures applied in order to instil in the entire school community the principles of preservation, reduction, reuse and recycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
