Se puede empezar haciendo semilleros, tambi\u00e9n es necesario preparar la tierra, removi\u00e9ndola para oxigenarla, adem\u00e1s de organizar el espacio disponible, plantar propiamente las semillas o las peque\u00f1as plantas del semillero y luego\u2026regar, aprendiendo a saber si necesita m\u00e1s o menos agua y vigilar si comienza alguna plaga que \u201camenace\u201d el cultivo.<\/p>\n
Despu\u00e9s empiezan los primeros frutos, en algunos coles han llegado a prepararse una peque\u00f1a ensalada con lechugas, tomates y cebollas locales, adem\u00e1s de algunas hierbas arom\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n
Tambi\u00e9n ha sido muy interesante observar el cambio de estaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del huerto.<\/p>\n
